Banned From B.A.D.

So recently I started posting on Bad Ass Digest. If you don't know the site, an old member from CHUD was axed or he left, I don't know the whole story, broke off and formed his own cinema site. For some time I liked the review guy but lately he simply got under my skin which is when I started posting comments. My disdain for him began during the final four weeks of The Walking Dead. His reviews seemed like he was whining. It was like every week he cried more and more about how boring this was, how stupid a character was, or boring, a story line he didn't like etc. Now obviously everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I get that but I wasn't commenting on his Walking Dead opinions to bash him I was just agreeing or disagreeing with other people commenting.

So suddenly the teaser trailer for the Total Recall remake went up, though the person who wrote that wasn't the initial guy I'm speaking of. As usual, it was negative BS about the trailer. So I had made a comment hoping they'll follow the book more closely than Verhoeven did with the original film. Others said the same. Most hate remakes. I hate remakes too but this new trailer... it looks pretty cool. So, someone commented me back and went against my opinion. Fine. So made a comment, about the reviewer that has been annoying, and basically said how he lost credibility because of his review of The Human Centipede 2. I called him a plant.

So then another reviewer from the site, a female, jumped to his defense and called me out. She had a point, I  did make an error in his Human Centipede 2 review, so I then sort of backtracked and said something like; maybe I was thinking of his slurp-fest Trick r Treat review. Then we kind of went back and forth on me hating it and her thinking it was terrific. Then they banned me. I guess a handful of negative posts against Devin were too much as well as disagreeing with his co-worker. What can I say? I really don't care one way or another as it is only a website. I followed the guy from CHUD to his new site and he grew old on me rather quickly. So I went from a once pretty big fan of his to simply not caring about his opinions on films. So there's a story that isn't really big news and nothing to write home about. It is however something to write until work starts!
